This club offers students the opportunity to expand their culinary repertoire and explore special cooking techniques. The club plans trips to markets, food distribution center, and trade shows. The club also sponsors special dinner parties. The faculty acts as a mentor for the club. At the end of each session students set the agenda and plan the activities for the next meeting. Requests range from cake decorating to pasta making.
