The ServSafe® Food Safety Training Program leads the way in providing current and comprehensive educational materials to the restaurant industry. More than 2 million foodservice professionals have been certified through the ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification Exam, which is accredited by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI)-Conference for Food Protection (CFP). ServSafe training and certification is recognized by more federal, state and local jurisdictions than any other food safety certification.

You will need to bring photo ID, social security card and your course book to class.  No one will be admitted to class without these items.  You will need to take notes so be prepared with writing material and a notebook

May 21st(see note) & June 4th Exam
July 16th(see note) & July 23rd Exam
August 20th(see note) & August 27th Exam
October 1st(see note) & October 15th Exam
