2004's Rising Star is
Soe Moe Zaw
Culinary Arts student, Soe Moe Zaw, won a 2004 Rising Star Award from the Greater Philadelphia Restaurant & Purveyor Association. This award is presented to the top four culinary arts students in the Greater Philadelphia area. Soe Moe was born in the city of Rangoon, Myanmar. He graduated high school in 1992 and went on to achieve a B.A. from the University of Rangoon. Soe Moe has graduated from JNA Institute of Culinary Arts with a degree in Culinary Arts/Restaurant Management. We are proud of him and his accomplishments.
