Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method
2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
1/2 cup cold water
3 tablespoons lemon juice
2 cups salmon -- cooked, flaked
1 teaspoon minced onion
1 cup mayonnaise
dash Tabasco sauce
Soak envelopes of gelatin in cold water for 5 minutes. Dissolve over hot water. Add lemon juice. Cool. Mix together flaked salmon, onion, mayonnaise, and Tabasco. Fold into gelatin mixture. Pour into fish mold. Chill until set; unmold.
