Honeydew melon with strawberry-orange sauce for two

½ cup strawberries washed and hulled

1 tsp sugar

1-1/2 tsps. triple sec

¼ tsp grated orange rind

6 slices honeydew melon

2 whole strawberries for garnish

 

Combine washed and hulled berries, sugar, triple sec, and orange rind; purée.  Chill thoroughly.

Arrange melon slices on each of 2 plates.

Spoon sauce over melon

Garnish with fanned strawberry
