Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method
3 cups flour, all-purpose
2 cups sugar
2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons baking soda
3 tablespoons cocoa
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 tablespoons white vinegar
3/4 cup oil
2 cups cold water
Preheat oven 350 degrees

Sift together the dry ingredients.

Add liquids and beat until blended.

Pour mixture into greased and floured 9x13 pan and bake for 50 minutes
